10-13 Masayuki 正幸

10-13 Early Shinto Wakizashi made by Anonji Masayuki
Masayuki was from Iwaki province and produced in the Tenna period (1681-1684).
Hawley's lists him as MAS 1475.

This is a beautiful piece with NBTHK Tokubetsu Kiicho papers (green papers) "Extrodinary Work".
These are the older NBTHK papers, pre-1980.

Mei reads: 
安穏寺三笠朝臣正幸造
            anonji mikasa ason masayuki

Inscription reads: 

君子徳風小人徳

            kunko tokufū shojin tokufū sō sei

This is an old Chinese proverb that translates:

Wise me have nobility of character, small minded men are insincere”
